Terms and Conditions:
1. A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 is required on submission of this form.
2. The balance of any payments must be received fourteen days prior to the date for which the fountain is required.
3. Payments can be made by cash or cheque, made payable to Oriana’s Chocolate Fountains or by BACS.
4. Please note, no refund will be offered for any bookings cancelled within fourteen days of the event.
